Strategon has been delivering the Enterprise Learning Consultant Program in TAFE institutes in Queensland & New South Wales.  The Program builds the skills of VET practitioners to case manage learners.  It enables practitioners to rethink the structure of learning so that much of the repetitive training commonly conducted off-job, mainly through traditional classroom based teaching, can be transferred to the enterprise.  The Program enables participants to accurately profile an enterprise and individual learner to deliver short and long term efficiencies in the delivery of learning.
